今日又約咗一大班朋友你銅鑼灣打邊爐。App呢間鋪頭之前喺雜誌介紹過,已經好想試,今日終於都有機會了。地點都好方面,在銅鑼灣B出口行3分鐘左右就到midtown,搭lift上27樓就係了😊😊醬料既種類都好多,鐘意點溝都得😌我地叫左招牌亞古鍋湯底,湯底真心足料😱😱打邊爐之前都忍唔住飲左一碗,入面係花膠濃雞湯、仲有瑤柱碎同螺頭🤤🤤🤤,飲得出一d味精都無👍🏾👍🏾日本豆笛都係第一次見,要自己剪開的非常之新鮮肥牛我地叫左安格斯手切肥牛,食完一碟都唔夠,要再叫多2碟,因為真係好好味,脂肪比例好均勻,而且好香牛味👍🏾👍🏾肉質又新鮮四合丸係由墨魚、豬肉、蝦同金華火腿茸4樣野整成的。燈丸有金華火腿既鹹香味,咬落去又有墨魚粒,而且爽口彈牙,高度推介👍🏾👍🏾
