To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日行完山約十一時多，找地方食lunch。行過巴士站，馬路對面便見到這間餐廳已在營業。門口的哥哥斯文有禮，主動安排角落一張枱給我們。叫了豬頸肉+豬脾飯，pad Thai和椰子雞湯(細) 。椰子雞湯足料開胃，大量雞肉。pad Thai 和豬頸肉正常發揮，味道不俗。叫了一個椰青，清甜多汁，果肉鮮美。同行親友均食得開心。註:店內有嬰兒座椅提供另外，大美督太多別名，很難找到同區餐廳。想向餐廳/OR編輯建議，將大美督之名稱統一或加註以方便食客搜尋。
