友人話難得黎到大澳,當然都食得有特色。所以我同友人叫咗蝦糕炒飯,而師妹就叫咗另一個Open rice推薦嘅特色菜,炆魚飯。首先呢到係蝦糕炒飯,成碟飯大大碟,早知兩個人share一個。蝦糕味香,食落唔會重口味。炒飯值得讚係唔油,有好多蔥花,香噴噴。炒飯材料都係一般炒飯料,有蝦仁、蟹柳。整體而言,蝦糕炒飯唔係太特別。師味嘅豉椒炆魚飯,其實似豉椒班腩飯。魚塊有好多件。我地三個都唔鐘意炆魚有好多骨同鱗,有少少失望。
