To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是夜~刁民組(唔係好嘢唔食..食到個咀刁到不得了的人民也)來到大班樓..期待已久嘅飯局(訂位需要一個月是常識吧😝)..終於可以親身感受一下何謂色、香、味俱全😋共十三道菜..我們還加了兩個很想試的菜式..每道菜先聞到其香味..然後精緻地上枱..繼而充分滿足各人的味蕾😋 雖然並不是每道菜都驚艷..但總體上仍然是非常高分👍🏼推介如下:~龍井菊花煙燻乳鴿~採用BB鴿..細細隻..那種煙燻的味道就好似剛剛隻乳鴿係煙房走出嚟咁😂..好濃郁嘅煙燻味..乳鴿味道亦不過鹹..剛好👍🏼👍🏼~雞油花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉~我最期待這個菜..未上枱先聞到一陣花雕味..個汁好味到不得了..蟹當然鮮味..只係覺得陳村粉比較少咗dd👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼~香辣蘑菇胡椒蝦~這個很有驚喜..驚喜在個香辣胡椒味..香+辣+胡椒配合得剛剛好..同時能食出三種味道..不是一味的辣/香/胡椒👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼~三蝦炒飯(鮮蝦、蝦乾、蝦膏)~成碗飯夠乾身..好香蝦膏味但唔係死鹹味👍🏼👍🏼~二十年咸檸檬金銀蒜蒸蟶子~大愛..差d無得食..好在仲有兩隻..咸檸檬清香..蟶子夠爽甜👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼反而名物酥炸蟹肉香菇盒..十八味豉油雞好一般..可以不試..最

年輕時..只知道大班樓出名-->貴<--😜..但時至今日..百物騰貴..以這個價錢..這個食物質素..這個服務態度..已是物有所值了👍🏼
