一直都好忙,好耐冇同朋友出黎食野,今次再黎星廚嘆西餐。香煎鱸魚配龍蝦汁 $108Pan-fried seabass with lobster sauce鱸魚煎得非常香,肉質鮮嫩路太油,吸收左龍蝦汁既精華大蝦黑松露醬意大利粉 $68Prawns spaghetti with black truffles sauce蝦相當彈牙,對於黑松露控黎講味道唔算太濃,但對於我就覺得岩岩好,唔會蓋過蝦既鮮香白汁鮮蜆 $48Clams in white sauce蜆肉頗有鮮味,如果湯汁濃少少就更好焦糖燉蛋 $23味道比較甜,表面的焦糖燒得薄脆,燉蛋香濃,不過滑度可加強意大利奶凍 $23份量雖然比較細,睇落好的骰,但係味道有驚喜,奶香濃郁,質感幼滑,加埋自家製既士多啤梨醬認真唔錯。食物算大眾化,價錢合宜
