放假諗唔到食咩,就最鍾意食越南特色菜式😂😂今次去見到有set,於是就試互越式咖哩牛腩、配個小食越北炸春卷😄😄另一個set就叫左順化湯河、小食要豬頸肉,另加左個蟹肉紙米卷。👍🏻👍🏻首先,我要講下越式咖哩牛腩。佢嘅咖哩汁好濃郁,帶有濃厚嘅香料味道,令人食落去真係好開胃。🥰🥰牛腩煮得好軟好入味,每一口咬落去,都能夠品嚐到咖哩嘅風味同埋牛腩嘅鮮甜。仲有啲配菜,例如馬鈴薯同埋胡蘿蔔,令菜式更加豐富。😀😀呢個越式咖哩牛腩真係好正😆😆其次,小食越北炸春卷嘅外皮炸得金黃酥脆,入面嘅餡料有蔬菜同埋蝦仁,味道鮮美。每一口咬落去,都能夠感受到外皮嘅脆脆口感同埋內餡嘅鮮甜。😳😳😳最好食嘅係配埋啲越南辣椒醬,增加咗菜式嘅風味同埋辣度,真係好開胃!😏😏😏順化湯河係一道咸甜味濃郁嘅越南粉類菜式,佢嘅湯底好鮮美,充滿咗順化菜式嘅特色。🥹🥹湯底濃郁有層次,仲有超多配料😁😁😁小食豬頸肉同蟹肉紙米卷都係我好推介嘅菜式。👍🏻👍🏻小食豬頸肉燒得香脆,肉質鮮嫩,每一口咬落去都有獨特嘅口感同埋豬肉嘅香味。🥰🥰蟹肉紙米卷係一道清爽嘅菜式,用紙米皮包住鮮嫩嘅蟹肉同埋蔬菜,再蘸上特製嘅醬汁,真係好開胃。☺️☺️☺️
