To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔係講笑呢個份量真係好din 大膽估計一碟應該都最少有兩碗半份量 食曬嗰刻有少少驚 到底自己幾時變到咁大食😂招牌蝦頭油炒飯色香味俱全 一上枱即刻大啖食左啖 本身以為會好油 但又估唔到炒得好乾身同時又重蝦味 恰到好處🥰 不過咁大碟食太多就會膩所以建議同人happy share la hehe 至於黑松露帶子炒飯比想像中重料!啖啖黑松露香之餘 帶子粒都唔吝嗇 睇落好平平無奇 但值得一試😋唯一美中不足係個雞軟骨 其實調味方面做得好好但可惜炸左都好似冇炸過咁 啲炸粉淋曬咁包住個雞軟骨好扣分💔 不過整體黎講CP值都幾高! 如果餓底的話不妨一試🤭🤎
