上次同我家老闆去過這間餐廳吃晚飯後,一直想再來。直至上星期,剛好想同住大埔的朋友見面,所以就帶朋友來了。Appetizer 是「蘇格蘭煙三文魚蟹肉卷配柚子汁 + 大蝦伴紅菜頭油醋汁」,煙三文魚包裹住蟹肉,味道較濃,配柚子汁就可以中和一下口感;大蝦🍤亦新鮮彈牙。Tasting Menu本來是鵝肝,當日主廚轉了「意大利慢煮兩小時羊膝」😋。羊膝超大隻,肉質軟嫩,配紅酒汁,非常入味,入口即化,完全沒有羊羶味,就連配菜都吸收了羊肉香味和汁料,好入味!還有「美國牛柳配辣根醬」,賣相吸引,煎得外脆內軟,肉汁juicy。餐湯是「椰菜花大蒜薯蓉湯」,入口是濃濃黑松露香味,然後嚐慢慢吃到椰菜花嘅味道,質感幼滑。用意大利薄脆 + 蒜蓉包蘸著湯食,又脆又香,最後仲有滑滑 chocolate mousee cake🍰,好滿足!R & Y’s International Cuisine📍大埔汀角路大尾篤村145號地舖
