To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌀今天氣溫下降，入到大美督都幾大風再加上下雨☔️，遊人稀少，所以時值午飯時間，都不需等位三人行點了牛丸米粉加凍檸茶的茶餐，牛丸雖然是細細粒，但都算好味，凍飲加$6，貴少少干炒貴刁，炒得油了點和不乾，配料不多，唔係咁好食蝦餅，一貫水準，彈牙好味香葉包雞，之前吃過，炸得乾了，今次雞肉嫰滑，挽回了一點好感，不錯埋單$236，三個人都夠食，算是可以接受，有下次
