To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大角咀近年有唔同樓盤落成,唔同特別而且比較高階既餐廳應運而生,亦帶動外來人慕名而來試吓唔同餐廳,我就係其中一個! Lost Star 我諗好多人都聽過,今次試左隔離街新開既一間餐廳,真係比到好多驚喜! 走在街頭已經見到餐廳在前,全因它的落地大玻璃加上摩登的裝修,有少少似大角咀中的螢火蟲咁,非常特別。時間尚早仲未有好多人,餐廳闊落寧靜,好適合三五知己渡過一個漫長嘅夜晚。餐牌有多國菜式,全部望落都好吸引。Ceviche: 刺身吞拿魚配柚子汁ceviche黎自南美傳統前菜菜式,將新鮮魚生用檸檬醃製,酸性會令肉質變得比一般實淨,酸酸味味好開胃。如果大家想食傳統既ceviche,呢一味餸就唔啱大家。呢度用上比較甜既柚子汁去醃製,大膽得黎又出奇地okay,可能醃製時間唔長,肉質保持新鮮魚生般細滑。Salad: 牛油果蟹肉合桃石榴汁沙律 注意呢度既菜式portion唔大,我地可以嗌多幾樣試試。沙律用上唔同配料,配搭得宜,石榴汁略甜,有合桃的少少苦澀中和剛剛好。Yakotori: 不同串燒即叫即燒,配酒一流,免治雞肉棒配上日式生蛋黃,賞心悅目! 用上餐廳的地址做cocktail名就一定要試試啦~ 入面用Gin配上檸檬汁同青瓜,飲落真係好Fresh, 就好似呢間新派餐廳咁樣,所有新嘗試都好令人耳目一新!
