今日又來支持一下鳥捌居酒屋串燒,之前食過好正,上次傾開偈佢哋會有啲時令野,好期待每次餐牌都有啲唔同what?呢度好食就一定,竟然仲做深宵飲酒優惠?下次真係要同啲朋友嚟飲番幾杯,今日家庭樂食嘢先今日師傅推介嘅生蠔係室津生蠔同釜石生蠔,日本生蠔歐洲澳洲嘅生蠔感覺有啲唔同,醬汁經過處理,帶出蠔嘅鮮味今日最想介紹嘅時令推介,秋刀魚二食,首先嘅食法係刺身,好鮮味啊,果然係時令嘅,魚油好濃郁,呢隻秋刀魚唔同普遍食開嘅三文魚,特別鮮甜的,必食,過咗就冇跟住都係季節限定海葡萄同芒果沙律,好清新又醒胃每一條串燒上枱時,職員都會耐心講解係咩部位點樣整,全部燒到啱啱好,外皮香脆,鎖住肉汁燒得剛剛好,呢度主要係食雞,嚟到呢度食先知全部位都有唔同嘅口感,雞腳筋,雞隔膜,都好正當然唔止串燒雞啦,其他肉一樣出色,特別喜歡呢個燒羊架,一啲都唔騷,入邊仲係粉紅嫩色,咬落爆汁頭先咪講過秋刀魚二食先係最推介,第二式係用天婦羅方法煮,呢個食法我都係第一次,真係用心製作,將紫蘇葉上天婦羅粉炸,配上時令秋刀魚,香脆得來不失魚鮮味!香箱蟹!我上次來都冇個喎,果然係次次驚喜,呢度唔時令嘅嘢冇得食,剛剛從日本空運,蟹肉好鮮甜,蟹膏齒頰

鳥捌除串燒,連飯都出色過人
一碗看似簡單嘅雞軟粒飯,配上好新鮮嘅日本雞蛋,終於明白點解電視啲人成日話日本人就咁白飯加雞蛋,只要食材好,真係可以,呢度就得喇,物有所值,加上可能係熟客食得多有9折,真係要捧下場
