性價比極高的餐廳,就連身邊一班九龍朋友都會專登揸車入去食。由店面的裝修和營業前的食材準備都看得出小店有非常用心的在經歷。餐前叫了象拔蚌刺身和生蠔,兩者入口都非常新鮮肥美,另外叫了十幾款串燒,真的實話實說 每一款都非常好吃,絕對可以媲美日本的燒鳥店。必點提燈,一串一次過放入口,將蛋漿和雞潤融入一起吃口感非常有層次,回味無窮。另外,雞腸雞腎都一定要點,兩者都經過醃製前者口感軟嫩,后者爽口惹味,。雞掌心第一次吃也讓我很驚喜,不旦外貌可可愛愛的,也很好吃,口感和雞軟骨相若,有脆又香口。但心急人士可能不太適合在這裏用餐,因為是即叫即燒的原因等候時間會較長。當晚我們已經吃的很飽了,埋單後才發現師傅還有兩款串燒未上,不過熱呼呼又美味的燒烤值得等待。三個人平均消費每人500幾左右 性價比極高,同樣的食材在港島九龍區吃應該是雙倍價錢。另外仲有omkase套餐選擇,價錢都合理,下次一定會再過來試。 continue reading

話說朋友生日,book咗8:30兩位,到8:10先打嚟講話8:30俾唔到位我,問我可唔可以9:00先嚟,我同佢講已經出咗門口差不多到,佢話真係俾唔到位,問我一係取唔取消🤔真心好搞笑,俾唔到枱都唔係咁遲先話俾人哋聽,仲要人哋講話已經差唔多到,都堅持話交唔到枱。🙃🙃夜麻麻都成八點幾,book枱嗰陣時講到明朋友生日,點再去搵第二間食生日飯😒所以最尾都照去咗,諗住朋友生日唔好搞到唔開心,點知去到簡直係惡夢😤😤佢根本上一批客完全係未交枱,佢純粹叫咗上一班客迫埋喺一個位置,然後俾咗張枱我😩😩去到個環境勁嘈,本身book呢啲餐廳諗住可以傾吓偈,打下卡。點知完全嘈到聽唔到個朋友講乜,最尾食食吓仲俾人撞跌咗杯嘢飲,搞到個朋友成身濕晒🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬認真講句,去得呢啲地方都預咗唔係平,但係起碼要有基本服務,第一次打差評,冇諗過唔係因為食物,而係因為服務。同埋老實講句,佢啲串燒質素唔算好對得住個價錢。已經叫身邊啲朋友唔好去,希望唔好有下一個有啲咁嘅經歷🫣食完飽晒,成肚火🔥🔥 continue reading

喺居酒屋, 唔單止係品味嘢食, 重要係有個舒服嘅地方畀你輕鬆咁同fd gathering. 其中鳥捌係其中一間我最鍾意嘅居酒屋.元朗唔係我經常踏足嘅地方, 但係入到元朗, 要食嘢嘅話我一定會諗到鳥捌. 佢畀我印象好深刻係因為, 我第一次見到見到一間居酒屋係鑽研雞嘅部位鑽研得好深. 雞嘅掌心, 雞腳筋, 雞腸, 雞嘅橫膈膜.. 所有你諗唔到嘅地方都有得食. 而且menu仲會一直更新. 每次嚟到都會有新嘅驚喜. 除此之外, 呢度staff畀人感覺相處好輕鬆, 就好似多一班朋友同你一齊食飯咁.覺得生蠔係居酒屋嘅必嗌菜式, 而呢度嘅生蠔都同樣出色. 今次我就揀咗釜石生蠔, 大隻之餘仲好creamy. 同埋佢有加埋自己嘅醬汁, 相得益彰. 仲嗌咗當季限定嘅秋刀魚刺身, 燒秋刀魚就食得多, 秋刀魚刺身真係第一次食. 唔好睇平時啲秋刀魚好似瘦長冇咩肉咁, 但係呢個刺身嘅魚肉都頗為厚實同鮮味. 基本上都唔需要有咩醬料去調味. 最後剩低嘅魚頭同成條魚骨仲可以請師傅去炸返嚟食, 真係一啲都唔嘥.今次好好彩可以食到當季嘅白子, 因為老細話而家已經係季尾. 同埋佢嘅酒盜青瓜好驚喜哋好食, 青瓜上邊個醬汁係由吞拿魚嘅內臟醃製完成, 送酒一流. 食完生嘅菜式, 就到咗一連串嘅串燒, 因為其他地方食唔到,所以都嗌咗唔少雞嘅稀有部位. 好似雞嘅橫膈膜, 雞腳筋, 雞腸, 同埋雞嘅掌心肉. 其實平時食雞我都鍾意咬埋雞嘅掌心嗰嚿肉, 覺得特別好食. 今次仲可以食一整串覺得好開心. 而且雞腸雞橫膈膜呢啲係我上次嚟都仲未有嘅. 佢哋一直喺度鑽研新菜式, 期待下一次嚟再有驚喜.同埋想highlight佢個雞皮餃子, 用雞皮來做餃子皮真係好得意, 聽上去好似好油膩咁, 但食落一啲都唔油. 仲反而覺得個餃子皮好煙靭好好食. 正當以為自己好飽嘅時候, 嚟個月見雞肉飯, 都仲係食得好開胃. 佢係用熬咗超過七個鐘頭嘅雞湯嚟炒嘅, 跟住用新鮮生雞蛋嚟撈. 食落似鮮甜版嘅risotto. 每一啖都咁有咬口.最近佢哋做緊優惠. 星期四到日夜晚10點半. 之後清酒一律半價啤酒就買二送一. 而且佢哋開到凌晨兩點想幾時去都得. 食飯嗰晚, 仲好好彩咁啱係坤哥同佢太太慶祝生日. 嗰日全場都好開心. 仲食到生日蛋糕. 好想食串燒,今晚嚟到呢間居酒屋,喺元朗廣場對面,近輕鐵站,好方便。海葡萄芒果沙律~加埋師傅調較嘅酸汁,好清新,配搭一流,芒果清甜爽口,好味好開胃燒雞蠔肉,係雞髀厚肉位置,好彈牙,味道好正,推介😗😗燒白鱔,皮脆肉彈牙,唔會乾晒有汁👍🏻👍🏻雞心血管/雞心/雞腸,聽見好驚,原來係咁好食,粉粉地又彈牙嘅口感,係咁過癮,真係唔知原來係可以食得,果然係燒鳥高手👍🏻👍🏻食完忍唔住再來多兩串嘅心血管🤤燒羊架,簡直係世一!!唔係誇張,真係好!好!好食!燒得好香好有肉汁,係高水準之作,食羊嘅朋友一定要嚟鳥捌試吓🤓🤓雞肉捧拌雞蛋雞捧有軟骨配合,爽口之餘,有肉味,燒得剛剛好,再拌高級雞蛋、師傅調較醬汁,再昇華幾級,真係不得了👍🏻👍🏻再來多串芝士翠肉瓜,好夾好味,原來可以咁食🤨👍🏻今晚簡直係大滿足,鳥捌係燒鳥居酒屋,好適合三五知己朋友飯聚,飲吓酒,食串燒,真係放鬆心情嘅好去處😊 continue reading
