見到OpenRice呢間人氣餐廳,一直都好想黎試吓,今日終於約埋朋友有機會嚟啦侍應推介餐廳招牌菜 「黑松露馬卡斯芝士夾心薄餅」佢地話係攞獎嘅食品,我哋梗係試吓啦Menu 上寫有三種食法1) 就咁食 2)加埋提子果醋 3) 加有機沙律菜我自己就鍾意加提子果醋,因為本身黑松露味道比較重,如果加少少果醋中和下,感覺冇禁滯,而且味道好特別,值得一試朋友叫咗set dinner 法式燒羊架,羊架上面有啲麵包糠,外面脆,入面啲肉多汁又香,朋友話下次要encore 最後,我哋叫咗個甜品—-薑汁疏乎厘,飯後係咁凍嘅天氣下食啲又香又軟嘅甜野,真係人生一大樂事
