To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日要介紹哩間係蚊型家庭式粉麵店，唔識佢嘅平時一定唔會留意到，但系街坊就知佢絕對系hidden gem嚟👍🏻。店內得寥寥幾個座位，不過平時買外賣嘅人排曬隊，唔一定系買煮好嘅粉麵喎，好多人系買新鮮包嘅餃子、自家秘方魚蛋等等。📣嗱嗱嗱，記得喇，第一個隆重推介嘅絕對系今次冇入鏡嘅白魚蛋，因為系買返屋企煮食，但系超超超好味，無論系白烚、蒸、煎甚至系BBQ都有驚喜。因為日日新鮮即製，絕無防腐劑，所以只可以擺一日左右，想買多d都唔得啊😂😂😂。雲吞麵($34)，傳統的味道，麵底彈牙，雲吞餡多，成粒鮮蝦加上卜卜脆嘅蟹子，真系非常正！話時話哩間食到都系靠緣分，因為成日經過都唔知點解唔開門😂😂，可能老闆開鋪系睇心情。
