To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又一家大角咀的人气宝藏小店，主打台式料理，菜品虽然不算多，但跟其他台湾菜餐厅相比，有不少自己的创意。·因为不吃猪肉，两次来都没尝试它家招牌，但用没用心做食物是能感受到的。店名也很耿直，因为很好吃，所以要吃光。·【药膳醉鸡卷饭】醉鸡卷大大件，肉质新鲜细腻、紧致多汁，带着淡淡的药膳香，米饭粒粒饱满耐嚼，也很高质。·【大满足蛋饼】芝士/鸡腿肉/薯饼/玉米/生菜配料既丰富又扎实，热腾腾上桌时很香。鸡腿肉弹嫩，薯饼绵密松脆，热溶芝士和酱汁均匀润泽到每一种食材，促成一个口感大融合，不太饿的时候这一份都够了。
