To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大角咀好食既野多的是，上次九點半只有呢間野可offer 酒及甜品，只有20min ，Waiter都接我order 咁有誠意既餐廳，我講過一定會回來，今晚找數喇！友人問呢間食咩？其實我唔知架，似西餐？我索性回應是Fusion菜吧！餐牌有西班牙菜，中菜，泰式，西餐，又有清酒sake Iist。由於太肚餓既關係，所以再度眼闊肚窄式叫了好多主菜。先來一個紫蘇蝦刺身，好正呀！加埋串燒s 做一個starter 都唔錯ar 👍Main Course 我地叫左牛小排牛骨髓，烤雞，乳豬。牛骨髓真係好有驚喜，勁Creamy 既骨髓配埋烤多士，正到爆ar ! 食完個口有啖啖牛脂味 😋 （不過乳豬就堅「穌」喇！）最後既金寶蘋果，真係好啱我呢d 姨姨，打咭一流，影完相 Waiter 好窩心幫我們敲碎個cone ，今次真係飽到冇朋友。
