To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

翠園，位於大角咀一條唔起眼的小街上，純粹經過行過路過的話，好大機會錯過的店。但一旦試過，就返唔到轉頭，我相信是在大角咀區內，全無對手，絕係我心目中大角咀最最最佳雲吞麵店（沒有之一）！更甚者，可能已經超越了太子新興麵家，唯一可惜的是沒有供應“炸醬撈麵”。今天點了，柱侯牛筋腩麵（幼麵）+ 柱侯牛筋腩河粉 + 雲吞粗麵 + 雲吞幼麵 + 韭菜花 + 腐乳通菜 + 一枝樽裝細可樂。埋單共銀 $132（4麵2菜1可樂）我就認為無得輸啦，如有更佳歡迎話我知去試下。*每款麵都可以搭配套餐，任何粉麵一碗，加油菜一碟 + 細樽裝汽水，等於四十蚊。
