泰國菜食得多,但係泰北菜就好似好少見🤔見到呢間Restoran SAYA主打傳統泰北菜,好特別🤩而且店鋪內充滿異國風情,打卡一流,入面既員工都好多係泰國人,真係有種去左異地既感覺😌1⃣️泰北咖哩金麵($128)呢個絕對係呢度既招牌菜😍係其他泰國餐廳都好似冇見過金麵。咖哩汁好香好惹味,沾滿係扁麵上,啖啖都係咖哩既香料味。另外,佢仲有啲麵係炸過既,食落好脆口!一次過可以食到兩種唔同既麵既口感~麵入面仲有啲酸菜同埋洋蔥絲,而配料有炭火燒雞。雞肉食落嫩滑帶炭香,正~ 2⃣️粉絲蝦煲($148)蝦好大隻🦐埋曬係個粉絲煲既底到!一路撈一路都仲有蝦,都比得幾多,起碼有7-8隻!入面仲有啲豬頸肉,成個煲好惹味🔥另外仲附上一蝶醬汁用黎點隻蝦食既,醬汁酸酸地好有泰式風味。 3⃣️泰式荔枝紅咖哩燒鴨($138) 呢個咖哩有好多配料😳除左鴨肉之外,仲有紅蘿蔔、西蘭花、椰菜花、茄子、豆角、洋蔥、通菜,同埋好特別既係有荔枝係入面!第一次食咖哩入面有荔枝,但係諗唔到又幾好食wor,荔枝好甜😋紅咖哩唔算辣,幾香椰香味,伴碟仲有三片蒜蓉多士,點紅咖哩食一流!燒鴨有啲嚼口得黎唔會乾,都值得試下! 4⃣️印度飛餅($38)叫得咖哩緊
