好耐冇食過潮州打冷,見大角咀開咗呢間王朝潮順館店面嘅滷水鵝幾靚,當然唔可以錯過。鵝片拼元蹄 ($188)餐廳招牌嘅鵝片,肉質嫩稔,鵝香味十足,齒頰留香。至於元蹄,豬皮爽彈充滿膠質,亦都唔錯。墊底嘅係豆腐,吸收哂個滷水汁嘅精華,香得黎唔會太咸。蜜味陳皮欖角骨 ($148)陳皮同欖角味好香,加埋甜甜哋嘅蜜糖,炒出黎好惹味。排骨肉冇骨,半肥瘦,口感爽嫩。朝陽鵝粒炒飯 ($128)炒飯用砂鍋上枱,熱辣辣,入面有大量鵝肉粒同蝦仁,夠哂足料。炒飯金黃而且粒粒分明,入口啖啖鵝香。。。王朝潮順館大角咀大全街42-44號地舖。。
