今次呢間潮順館,我食過兩次,今日同老公撐枱腳,我食潮州嘢必定會食兩樣嘢第一樣滷水鵝片,我一直都唔識食骨,所以我唔會揀鵝件,只會揀鵝片,而佢哋係選擇用豆腐底,超開心,因為佢啲豆腐滑到不得了,仲要好香豆味,有啲出面潮州菜係用芽菜,我就麻麻哋嘅,用豆腐即刻開心晒第二樣就係蠔仔粥,不過真係食唔到太多嘢原因係佢個蠔仔粥都幾大碗,一個酒樓粟米魚肚羹嘅湯碗size,蠔仔都大隻新鮮,第二日唔會食完肚痛,同埋佢有嗰啲魚乾、芫荽蔥、好香好香佢呢度個蠔仔粥特色係米水超多,米反而少睇你哋口感,我自己就好鍾意,因為每一次食蠔仔粥嗰啲粥水都俾人潷晒返啲米

D嘢係幾好食㗎,所以每當朋友問起,我都會推介呢間舖的。可惜今日去到,佢哋話冇位,帶我地去隔離間燒烤鋪(千味燒)坐,不過嗰度好大陣噏味,雖然坐咗10分鐘到,就開始聞唔到。但當我食食吓件鵝時,有個女侍應突然走入嚟好大聲咁叫我地轉枱,但之前係佢指明要我地坐呢張枱的,原來因為隔離枱客食完走咗,佢要安排並排7個位的枱俾另一班客,但由於佢禮貌欠奉,又搞到全場D人都望住我哋,咁我就婉轉地拒絕,之後就慘啦….. 被人言語單打,安排嗰班客坐我地對面等,關細我哋附近的冷氣,咁我再食多一陣,實在太不安喇,就攞個盒裝起D嘢返屋企食啦。唉!好尷尬好尷尬。到返過隔離cashier俾錢時,又係嗰位女侍應收錢,又要被黑面了。D食物雖然好味,但真係唔敢再幫襯,太可惜了。

經人家的推介,路經此地就不作他選,直接進店。午市套餐選擇不算多,但不是簡單的茶記菜式。既然有酸菜魚就嚐嚐。落單後,很快便上菜。齋睇賣相已經很不錯,因為怕辣,急急夾走辣椒先,嚐一口魚,滑滑嫩肉,魚肉爽,沒有骨,能夠放心的食下去。試一口湯,正正是我想的,不會辣,不會嗆喉,酸味剛剛好。魚片份量不少,食酸菜能開胃。不過,惟有少許失望,就是沒有薯粉在內。不然,吸著這湯底,一定美味極。當然,這個價錢,現在這份量,性價比算高啊!有機會想來嚐潮菜。

今日晏晝4:00打電話過去話想訂位,佢話唔使訂Walk in就可以啦 ,咁我8:30去到,然後佢叫我大佬我喺門口吹風吹咗成個鐘頭,然後望一望 都已經成9:15 我就問佢咁點算佢話等多一陣啦 然後我問佢另一個侍應,佢話吓我哋收9:30喎 咁你叫我等咁耐做咩啫? 全部人都九唔搭八嘅。幾好食都冇用啦

同成家人一齊去食冬至飯去到年底 營營役役 都想食翻餐好嘢 回報比屋企人大部分屋企人 都傾向食潮州嘢於是就揀咗呢間係大角嘴比較受歡迎 潮州餐館平時都需要等位等好耐 預早book定果然冇錯特別喺大時大節都要提早好多去訂位感覺到佢哋每一道菜式都是用心製作清酒煮花甲冇沙,個湯好清甜蟶子米餅蟶子淡淡肉,新鮮美味最正係個米餅 口感一流酒煮大鮮蝦 鮮甜美味 肉質 彈牙鵝腸正常發揮 不過就唔太抵食全晚最令我驚豔嘅餸菜係以上呢一道菜賣相一流之餘佢酒煮嘅鮑魚 同埋鵝肝都係非常之好食可以講對得起個價錢唔怪得呢度咁多人食啦

一家大細過節食飯,老闆娘留左間細房比我地,好舒服。預早留定店內熱門菜色,醉鵝肝,鮑魚,羊腩煲等等。每一味屋企人都讚不絕口。 For a family celebration, we had a meal and the boss reserved a private room for us, which was very comfortable.
