To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

。爽口豆苗 ($48) 。醬香蓮藕 ($48)。極品酒香鵝肝 ($100/半份) 。滷水鵝片拼大腸 ($198) 。宮廷醉鴿 ($168) 。原條潮式黃油凍烏頭 ($148) 兩款前菜非常驚豔，醬香蓮藕脆嫩可口，大豆芽爽脆清甜，每口都沾上自家製微辣醬汁，惹味又開胃。酒香鵝肝酒香清香撲鼻，鵝肝口感細嫩，入口即溶的感覺。滷水鵝片和宮廷醉鴿肉質鮮嫩，夠哂入味，大腸有嚼勁，滷水豆腐嫩滑有豆香。最令人難忘係條潮式黃油凍烏頭，滿滿的黃油，肉質鮮甜嫩滑，亦可再點上普寧豆醬鮮味更昇華👍 店內座位不多，大部份食客都預先預約或預留菜式，建議先訂位。
