To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

看著它的衰退, 食完也知其因.地點不太方便, 服務普通, 食物質素同價錢不是正比, 港式感覺.醋醃八爪魚–幾酸, 開胃小食, 但八爪魚切得太細, 又不太鮮嫩.壽司質素平平, 飯醋好像下得重手些, 酸味多過我以往食到的.蝦天婦羅–這反而不錯, 不太油, 蝦有味爽甜, 但脆漿還是厚了點.稻庭冷麵- 冷麵滑溜但整體又不是太驚喜.燒羊鞍–肉嫩不韌, 但羊羶味不足.多謝晒!!
