To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大過塊面的炸雞脾王—和順記雞脾皇天后出名多野食，不過雲遊大思同朋友行左一圈，都諗唔到有乜想食。見到間間舖都無乜人幫襯，感覺好奇怪。因為雲遊大思有個宗旨，無人食的舖到，一係好難食，一係好鬼貴。基於呢個宗旨，所以好多舖頭揀唔落手。係絕望之制，見到貌似頹食的雞脾皇餐牌，於是係無乜期望之下就入去試下啦。原來呢間係有心人舖頭，加分加分。見到個個都叫生炸雞脾皇，咁雲遊大思都叫一個試下。一上枱，即同店員大叫：「哇，大過我塊面呀，好浮跨。」真係唔係講笑，真係好大隻，大到２個人都食唔晒。馳名雞脾皇出名大大塊神級雞脾皇，皮脆香口而不過份油膩，內裡雞肉嫩身，好味，係高水平嘅炸脾。隻脾真係大過我塊面，２個人都食唔啱。煎雞扒強沙嗲撈烏冬雞扒煎得好香口，好有肉汁，我覺得好食過雞脾皇。撈烏冬的沙嗲汁都幾好味，唔太辣，不過加左雲遊大思唔鐘意的孜然，所以扣少少分。咖喱牛扒煎蛋飯咖喱汁OK，但牛扒就扣少少分，因為好重鬆用粉醃過的質感。地址：天后電氣道39號地舖整體評分：７分整體環境簡約潔淨，雞脾皇大隻有驚喜。雲遊大思列為屬「可考慮回頭級別」。#cloudtourmaster #hkfoodies #hkig #hkfoo
