To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大過我塊面嘅雞脾呀收工返屋企嘅途中，見到一間自稱生炸雞脾皇嘅餐廳，睇相好吸引，所以決定試下一試佢啦由於接近完堂食時間，所以選擇外賣見店員攞住一個好大嘅飯盒，心諗一隻雞脾啫，唔洗咁大個盒嘛點知係真係要咁大個盒架佢雞脾嘅香味，完全可以慢慢係個飯盒入邊漂出嚟，顏色都炸得好平均咬落去第一啖，脆脆脆，啲皮好脆，入邊嘅油同肉汁一齊出哂嚟，加上肉質好嫩，唔係炸到乾哂嘅雞脾，而佢嘅味道都非常好，醃嘅薑蔥同醬油嘅調味可以食得到佢真係一隻有用心整嘅超大雞脾
