之前都食過兩次,今次係大閘蟹做主題期間限定,佢對日本嘅主廚特登飛到過嚟香港,所以特登同朋友嚟試多次。其他食物維持一貫水準,非常唔錯。只係用大閘蟹的幾款食物,稍覺得驚喜欠奉。大閘蟹本身就好食,只係將蟹膏蟹肉拆咗放在食物上面。當然所有食物嘅新鮮度同質素都係幾好嘅。 唔知係咪錯覺,反而覺得呢個大閘蟹Menu冇平時嘅咁飽🙈🙈或者下次都係會食返普通Menu。總括嚟講食物水準係高嘅,如果有朋友叫我推薦日本餐廳,佢都會喺我嘅名單之中。
