大閘蟹季節又到!最近去試咗莆田嘅大閘蟹,同埋其他幾款菜式,有水準。首先試咗佢哋嘅熟醉大閘蟹 $138/隻。蟹膏蟹黃都好飽滿,蟹肉鮮甜,有有微微酒香。而且仲送埋薑茶,可以暖胃軀寒🤩跟住試咗新出嘅糖醋大黃魚$228,大黃魚炸得金黃酥脆,魚肉鮮嫩,糖醋汁酸甜適中,唔會太膩,配埋飯食一流!當然唔少得經典嘅莆田荔枝肉 $98,呢個係福建菜嘅經典菜式,荔枝肉外脆內軟,酸酸甜甜,肉質嫩滑。最後叫咗興化炒米粉 $118,米粉炒得幾乾身,配料都幾豐富,好味😋
