諗住去上環high下tea,行經廣隆行,就記得好多人都講過呢間既大閘蟹好正宗,好好食!有哂衛生證書,真係會對佢有信心d,所以就叫老闆揀2公2母比我!買完就拎番屋企慢慢煮啦!!!! 好心急啊!!老闆仲送左樽蟹醋同整大閘蟹既秘方比我 用附送的紫蘇葉,上面放上反左肚既蟹,隔水蒸15到20分鐘左右,就熟架啦!蟹本身既油多到爆哂出黎,超級正!但食之前,要將薑切食細粒,放入蟹醋,咁就可以將醋倒落蟹蓋/蟹肉,撈黎食!送白飯一流!揭開蟹蓋,金黃色既蟹膏,都流哂出黎,雌蟹既蟹黃較硬,但好有口感,而雄蟹巴膏黃好綿密,配蟹醋更右帶出左蟹肉既鮮美!就算食完呢枝醋,我一定會番轉頭買!!
