To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 又到咗食大閘蟹嘅季節啦!嚟個大閘蟹放題就至flex 啦!呢度嘅大閘蟹放題餐,兩小時任飲任食大閘蟹、一次過食到油鹽焗大閘蟹、花雕蒸大閘蟹、清蒸大閘蟹,三種味道,三種風味!都係第一次食到咁多變化嘅大閘蟹,其中最推介就係花雕蒸,除咗可以驅寒作用之外,大閘蟹食起嚟仲有陣陣花雕香味。大閘蟹製作時間大約30分鐘,首round不妨多叫佢點!放題除咗提供大閘蟹之外,仲有多款美食,包括有片皮鴨放題,加送蠔皇原隻鮑魚、金湯小米燴燕窩、花雕熟醉蟹等珍味菜式,用上金陵片皮鴨,皮香肉嫩,吃到陣陣香酥鴨香,鴨皮烤得夠乾身,配搭薄薄一層油花,吃到香氣之餘,不會感覺到油膩,好吃到停唔到口!以人頭計份量偏多,所以最好食完再嗌,以防浪費啊!另外總會提供多款精品小吃,例如卜卜脆蘿蔔、涼拌高山耳、手拍青瓜、泡椒鳳爪、湛江沙薑猪手等等。主食還有上海菜肉包、臘味糯米飯、流心奶香脆卷,汽水啤酒也是任飲的。個人認為糯米飯超級正,蔥花和蝦米的配搭夠晒香,糯米煮得夠腍軟腍,口感勁正!飯後還有甜品,養顏紅棗糕、杞子桂花糕、香芒布甸任君選擇,記得叫埋驅寒薑茶,咁就可以放心,食大閘蟹啦!
