To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排秋風起就係我期待已久食大閘蟹🦀嘅時候, 鴻星及東海原來係第一間引入正宗江蘇大閘蟹做季節食品嘅中式酒樓大閘蟹兩皇一后食晒唔同口味都係源於鴻星同埋東海.呢度嘅蟹粉小籠包每日手造，兩隻小籠包就要用一隻蟹🦀仲有蟹粉蒜蓉包必試招牌小菜,highly recommend呀！蟹公重 5.5 兩，母蟹3.5 兩左右• 煙鴨胸拼青瓜🦆🥒開胃• 鮮拆蟹粉小籠包（1件）🦀啲湯汁非常之鮮味• 蟹粉蒜蓉包🦀🥖拍案叫絕• 花膠雞絲羹（1位）🥣食蟹點可以唔飲下湯• 清蒸大閘蟹（2皇1后共3隻 , 公每隻約5兩、姆每隻約3兩）真係肥美多膏• 黑松露炒蝦球🦐爽口彈牙• 鮮鳳梨黑豚肉🥘開胃好食• 鮮茄菌皇浸時蔬🍲健康好味• 薑茶湯丸（1位）🍡溫暖甜品奉送橙汁或汽水（1杯）🥂仲要最正係咩？每人四百零蚊就可以食齊上面嘅嘢,真係好過自己整！
