To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物質素不合格,不熱,味道差。我們叫了一碟乾燒伊麵,伊麵有一陣很怪嘅味道不知是面餅放久了還是炒燶了,蘿蔔糕是室溫的,干炒四季豆也是室溫的且多油,叉燒素鴨拼盤的叉燒不是新鮮的有點乾還少少韌。原意是留在香港消費希望支持一下飲食行業,但從來沒有諗過鴻星出品會這樣差,好像把很久買不出的舊食材煑給客人食,服務也一般,我是不會再去消費。明白香港租金及人工高,所以食物價格要定在能夠支出的範圍。這是明白的但這樣的出品想留客也難,希望沒有遊客在這裏消費,要不然太過影響香港嘅形象。

復活節有幾日假期,約左幾個舊同學茶敘,在Open Rice 訂了枱,我早到了15分鐘到達,於是問下可否早些入座,但遭到拒絕,因為飲茶有90分鐘時間限制,如入座要即刻計時,所以叫我在門口等候,其實當時顧客並不多,有很多吉枱,不用訂位,即時可以入座,覺得職員不識變通,令顧客感到不悦,幸好顧客真的不多,90分鐘後也沒有叫我們結賬,令我們可以盡情暢談。我們叫了很多點心,有燒買,雞札,芋角,蒸蘿蔔糕,鮑汁鳳爪,醉雞,蘿蔔絲酥,义燒包,虾腸和炒米粉,點心正常水準,味道較濃。最欣賞的是醉雞,酒味濃,調味好,雞皮爽,雞肉嫩滑不會鞋,好味道。虾腸外皮晶瑩剔透,虾肉爽而鮮甜,再加上甜豉油,不錯。

好耐都沒去鴻星飲茶,難得今日到附近,便和家人一起到這裡飲茶。我們點了「蟹肉菜苗餃」,「黑椒牛肚」,「蝦腸粉」,「蒜頭蒸排骨」,「皮蛋酥」,「Q版流心奶黃飽」,「醬汁蒸鳳爪」,和「蒸牛肉球」。我想講個蒸排骨,好好食😋!讚!而個「蟹肉菜苗餃」的餡,好好食!唯一不好是「個餃皮」,水份太多,軟身都不得了。。。但,味道是ok!至於皮蛋酥,我覺得不算太甜,都可以接受,只係我個人本身不是太喜歡食皮蛋酥而已。黑椒牛肚,都好「林」,好入味。好食!底部的蘿蔔都ok! 不錯👌!蒸牛肉球都是正常。不過,個蒸鳳爪,我便覺得個皮不夠「林」身,但味道是可以的,只係質感差一點。但都算好食!流心奶黃飽外觀很可愛!內裡都算是「流心」。不過個飽的質感,如果可以再鬆軟一點會更好吧!鴻星的食物都算keep 到。下次會再嚟!😊

我們點了「蟹肉菜苗餃」,「黑椒牛肚」,「蝦腸粉」,「蒜頭蒸排骨」,「皮蛋酥」,「Q版流心奶黃飽」,「醬汁蒸鳳爪」,和「蒸牛肉球」。


我想講個蒸排骨,好好食😋!讚!


而個「蟹肉菜苗餃」的餡,好好食!唯一不好是「個餃皮」,水份太多,軟身都不得了。。。但,味道是ok!

至於皮蛋酥,我覺得不算太甜,都可以接受,只係我個人本身不是太喜歡食皮蛋酥而已。

黑椒牛肚,都好「林」,好入味。好食!
底部的蘿蔔都ok! 不錯👌!

蒸牛肉球都是正常。不過,個蒸鳳爪,我便覺得個皮不夠「林」身,但味道是可以的,只係質感差一點。但都算好食!

流心奶黃飽外觀很可愛!內裡都算是「流心」。不過個飽的質感,如果可以再鬆軟一點會更好吧!

鴻星的食物都算keep 到。下次會再嚟!😊

今日同朋友去咗Moko間鴻星中菜食大閘蟹套餐,三個人所以嗌咗三個一人餐,星期一至四同星期五至日嘅價錢有唔同,夜晚8:30後入座亦都會平啲,星期日6:30pm入座就每人$498,套餐包咗八道菜加杯橙汁,一人餐食到好飽。煙鴨胸併青瓜每人兩塊,有甜甜地嘅汁伴住。蟹肉芙蓉羹有豆腐粒、紅蘿蔔粒、翠玉瓜粒同一絲絲嘅蟹肉,食落幾有口感,唔會太鹹,不過個人偏向鍾意飲湯多過食羹。鮮拆蟹粉小籠包一人一粒,皮薄多汁,豬肉餡配上啖啖嘅蟹粉好正。主角清蒸大閘蟹有兩隻五両重嘅公蟹同一隻三両重嘅乸蟹,酒樓會先蒸兩隻公蟹同埋上左三碟餸先。公蟹嘅蟹膏又冧又滑,咬落去充滿啖啖嘅油香,嗰種肥膩得黎又滿足嘅感覺真係一年點都要食一次,個人比較鍾意食公蟹!之後就可以叫酒樓蒸埋隻乸蟹同上埋其餘四道餸,乸蟹嘅蟹膏偏硬身,同埋三両真係唔夠癮。翡翠炒蝦球嘅蝦都幾爽口,不過略嫌太鹹。黑醋霜降肉個汁酸酸甜甜好開胃,但豬肉略嫌太夠肥膏。蟲草花浸時蔬味道正常,食完咁多道濃味嘅餸後再食清淡嘅菜可以平衡返。最後食埋窩心薑茶芝麻湯丸,飲埋碗薑菜驅寒,真係食到好飽!📍旺角太子道西193號MOKO新世紀廣場6樓601A號舖位置就腳:🍊🍊🍊🍊 餐廳環境:🍊

依小妹既小知識只係知道有白色膏係蟹公(約5両)
而家既蟹公非常之鮮甜,啲膏勁勁勁好食!😋
蟹乸就係橙色膏(約3両),都好鮮甜,但蟹公比我感覺更當造一點🤏🏻

今日去咗Moko 鴻星食大閘蟹佢有幾個聲咁當然就係喺 揀OpenRice 有discount 果個set 啦一入到去其實唔算多人,但係有啲唔明點解全部職員嘅態度都係比較差, 尤其是係語氣 😪 其實我哋係去食個飯啫,唔係想去受氣。我哋就叫咗清蒸大閘蟹(2皇1后共3隻)因為我哋兩個人第一次上到枱有四隻,佢哋放到枱然後就走咗, 完全唔會同我哋講話仲有兩隻嚟緊, 我覺得呢個唔係好專業另外一個餐仲有其他嘢食鴨胸青瓜,我自己就覺得係即食鴨胸果集味。蟹肉芙蓉羹,勁咸 好似食咗勁多鹽入口咁, 而且蟹肉都唔算多翡翠炒蝦球 ,黑醋霜降肉,蟲草花浸時蔬 ,窩心薑茶湯丸,橙汁 正常不過全部菜整體嚟講都偏鹹
