To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同媽咪帶左姨甥仔去Moko遊樂場玩,玩完順便飲個茶先返屋企,兩大一少叫左九個點心四百幾蚊算系咁蟹籽燒賣熱辣辣好大粒,每粒都包左豬肉同蝦仁,真材實料蘿蔔千層酥唔夠熱,蘿蔔絲刨得夠幼細叉燒腸粉比較細份,個腸粉皮樂薄身,晶瑩剔透見到裏面的叉燒餡,不過叉燒比較鞋黑金流沙包熱辣辣,一搣開裏面嘅流沙餡就會流出嚟,唔太甜幾好食鳳爪大食妹唔鍾意食,不過媽咪話個調味辣辣地好正再食咗個菠蘿叉燒包,唔記得影相但係姨甥仔一食再食,勁鍾意個菠蘿包,大碗食咗一個菠蘿皮都好脆 continue reading

点了四人套餐,除了虾饺和咕噜肉是热的,别的菜都是凉的,甚至蛋白炒饭都是凉的,差点吃吐了🤮。虾饺也是很明显的预制菜,叉烧只有瘦肉而且没有腌制透,里面什么味都没有。烧肉放冷了一股腥味。 continue reading

一年一度嘅大閘蟹季節又開始,我和家人每年都去鴻星酒家食大閘蟹餐,因為佢的大閘餐貨真價實,大閘蟹膏香肉鮮,公、乸的蟹膏質感不同,但十分香濃。酒樓的環境十分好,其他嘅菜式配搭一流,先有飲品可以揀(可樂或者鮮橙汁),之後就會先嚟一碟小食就係鴨胸會青瓜,再嚟一籠新鮮熱辣的蟹粉小籠包、每人一碗蟹肉翅、鮮蝦炒雜菜、鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉,最後有一個薑汁湯湯圓,以解大閘蟹的寒涼。套餐配搭十分理想,所以每年都要去一次,享受大閘蟹及套餐。😘 continue reading

年年都會去鴻星食大閘蟹餐,今年真係差到一個點:一坐低就比咗個片皮鴨附帶嘅粉皮一籠,仲話我地落咗個小菜㖭,阿姐鬧個侍應入錯單,其實唔知邊個錯,(最後落單個阿姐搵返張啱嘅單出嚟)攪到有小朋友嘅隔離枱家長們都叫佢走開唔好鬧,終於攪返正常上菜,主角大閘蟹(2皇1后)皇無膏,后就好d,好失望。其他餸都好似縮咗水,但價錢又貴咗,2人餐$996加埋18元x2位茶錢及16元小食,埋單=$1048-鴻星執剩旺角moko呢間,咁攪法希望佢捱得住啦! continue reading
