To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 買左 OpenRice餐飲券 ,佢係有講明需要最少一天前打去確認訂座嘅,咁打左確認左啦,當日去到門口當然係好多人啦,但係店員係完全無理大家其實係訂左位,無訂位,定係點,總知其實邊度有吉枱,佢叫四位, 你係四位,咁就OK喇,訂位與否似乎係完全無關係。


佢跟住餐係有送幾款「小菜」嘅,其實都明白跟任食餐嘅野都唔會有咩要求,但係都未免太差,除左隻飽魚係飽魚之外,其他真係得罪講句,唔食好過。

咁我地跟 OpenRice餐飲券另外仲有個蟹粉小籠包,餐廳方面似乎係唔係好知,多次追單都係無,到追到嘅時候,上枱隻小籠包係唔熱嘅,隔離枱話佢果隻入面直頭係仲凍嘅。

等蟹真係等左好耐, 又唔想嘥野有理無理亂叫左先,唯有等了又等。


佢枱面有張寫野食嘅紙,除左叫蟹仲有其他小菜或者糯米飯,糖水等等,我地叫左糯米飯同糖水都係等左好耐都無,追問下先知原來係自己出去佢另外有個 counter 攞,到出去嘅時候亦乜都已經食晒亦無再添加,咁收我地張手寫單嘅時候點解唔講聲呢?


明白樓面各位大哥大姐都辛苦了, 枱枱都不停追單、追單、又追單。 大部份樓面都好友善嘅,有幾位就應該真係太辛苦喇,同客人口角,呼喝,甚至最後有兩位店員互相「問候」,場面一片混亂。
