To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食陶源大閘蟹放題,佢哋有三款口味大閘蟹,清蒸,花雕同鹽焗~我哋一檯三人一致認為鹽焗係最好食,可能係因為有少少鹽味,吊番蟹嘅鮮味出嚟~ 第二轉叫嘅係花雕~不過蟹醋就略嫌偏酸,加番多啲庶糖就完美,問左員工,一個話已經加咗 , 問佢有無糖可以自加,得白糖😆工作關係成日都會食到鮑魚,所以無咩特別吸引到我, 但佢隻花菇勁厚身,我要比個讚佢~蟹粉豆苗~ 都係3人前份量一坐低2分鐘未叫嘢已秒上咗個金湯小米燴遼參,員工話食蟹前打個底無咁寒wo , 我寒底人士立即乖乖隊晒佢 ~第一轉嘅蟹因為掛住食就無影到,之後就愈開愈ok ~開蟹好似盲盒咁 影得太多開始放棄唔想影最後發現搞咗好耐都upload 唔到相上食評(但食物相簿又upload 到)唯有放棄擺相😌
