To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上年去呢間酒家食大閘蟹好飽足,今年繼續約朋友大拆蟹一番。 🦀大閘蟹任食 太雕蒸蟹隱藏着輕微酒香,而清蒸口味保持原汁原味,油鹽焗比較重鹹香味。有部分會食到爆多嘅蟹黃,金黃軟滑。任食北京片皮鴨同生炒糯米飯 。片皮鴨皮香肉嫩,加上餅皮容易飽肚。每人限量:鮑汁扣原隻鮑魚伴百靈菇嘅鮑魚幾大隻,炆得夠軟腍。 金湯小米燴遼參比較少見,味道香濃,蟹粉扒豆苗嘅蟹粉份量慷慨,每口豆苗沾滿蟹粉。 小菜嘅椒鹽海蝦同豬小扒惹味。避風塘雞翼大大隻,滷炸豆腐同白灼生菜清下膩口感,不過份量比較多。 甜品嘅楊枝甘露同香芒布丁幾足料。 壽包大到啱啱塞到入籠。 服務仍舊好周到,會主動收碟速度快。
