To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 到左大閘蟹季節,好多餐廳都做大閘蟹set.今次黎十里洋場,全場都full晒,實在有好多捧場客。今日附近幾圍枱都係食大閘蟹大家都係為大閘蟹季趕來。如果想追加大閘蟹,可以揀5兩6兩7兩都得,加$200-$700。不過我覺得呢水大閘蟹未至於爆膏。花膠蟹皇翅,蟹皇味道偏淡,但我覺得味道都ok。呢個蟹粉芙蓉帶子蟹斗,好好味。但食完都唔覺得有帶子🤔蟹粉河蝦脆米炒飯好好味😋。份量剛剛好,好食落煙銀 ,仲有少少脆口。薑糖水,夠薑少少甜,麻蓉湯圓好好味!整體都好食嘅,但主角大閘蟹,我就覺得唔夠膏味道又唔夠濃,唉😮‍💨有啲失望!成間餐廳都滿晒人,服務員忙過不停,呢個套餐限時2小時,其實食得好趕,上菜都唔等你拆完大閘蟹,繼續上晒餘下嘅幾味餸。最後實在食得好趕!
