今日放下假行下旺角新開商場發現千房原來係香港開左分店!之前係日本食過就愛上左,見到當然入去試下可唔可以揾返大阪既味道.lunch time有lunch set包一款前菜麵鼓湯,主食都幾多選擇,最後決定食可以自己DIY系列.前菜係油豆腐乾再加少少冷菠菜紅蘿蔔蛋絲.豚肉燒有一份餐單上教學逐個步驟指引,圖文表達好清晰又容易明白,跟住黎DIY可以好輕鬆完成✅.大阪燒最怕係粉漿太多同日本一樣粉少菜多,粉漿少而簿,椰菜絲切得細粒.拌好所有食材後就放上枱上熱板爐上面成型,再鋪上豚肉反反覆覆後完成.因為椰菜分量較多,口感十分爽脆粉漿熟得黎又帶濕潤感加上燒汁漿同木魚絲同大阪一樣.豚平燒係日式煎蛋加上豚肉既簿版日式卷蛋,蛋漿加上左少少蔥令蛋加上蔥香豚肉油脂香滲係蛋內更加香濃感覺幾新鮮.
