To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前間唔中都會嚟食返碗牛腩麵，可惜自從通關後永遠都排滿左大陸人。舖頭本身就坐得迫，食餐飯都左閃右避。服務亦不見得特別貼心。清湯牛腩係幾好食既，但是價錢也不算平。通常叫個麵，再加菜加魚皮，$百幾蚊一個人出嚟都係食唔飽。老實講，個人認為如果排隊超過2枱人都不值得等。總括然而，呢間舖頭已經淪陷，並非俾香港人食的餐廳，不用再來。
