To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果想暴飲暴食，旺角呢個地方，絕對唔會令我失望😎😎約咗好朋友去一鍋堂打邊爐，勝在有好幾間分店，方便，容易book 😎😎入座之前，就要選擇湯底同埋套餐，本身我哋兩個都唔係會員，好彩店員提一提，可以即時下載佢哋個Apps，即時成為會員，咁就有鮑魚同埋帶子送！坐定定之後，就可以用QR code自己叫嘢食，當然唔少得出去拎醬汁，前菜小食，同埋飲品啦，放題就係爽！有熱辣辣嘅響鈴同埋魚皮！不得了！老乾媽餐肉炒飯，實在抵受唔住佢嘅誘惑😎😎本身未做會員，可以坐低再登記，已經可以送鮑魚，仲有兩隻大大粒嘅帶子，超抵😁😁我哋揀咗比較高級嘅C餐，可以食日本黑毛和牛喎，係吸引嘅！而我哋真人實測完，係絕對值得👍🏼👍🏼和牛肉質冇得輸，非常幼嫩，非常滑溜！佢嘅脂肪，都稱得上係入口即溶！encore咗好幾轉😎😎美國安格斯牛，都好靚仔，同和牛相比肉質就冇咁幼嫩，但肉味亦非常香濃👍🏼👍🏼自家製丸子、蝦滑、墨魚餅幾欣賞佢哋嘅丸子做到細細粒，咁就真係可以每樣都試啲吖嘛👍🏼墨魚丸超爽彈💕💕要蝦有蝦，要墨魚有墨魚，真材實料打邊爐，當然唔少得海鮮啦，海鮮同我哋揀咗嘅冬陰功湯底非常夾！除咗蝦之外，仲有鱔、蜆、脆肉鯇，魚頭等等，海鮮愛好
