To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放工約了三個friend聚舊,由天后出發入元朗食嘢,點解去咁遠食,原因只係我哋住港島,好少去元朗有新鮮感。呢間嘢嗰第二次嚟,上似喺半年前。去到都成9點。大Toro與中Toro嘅價錢好似淨10蚊,當然叫大嚟食。味道有鮮味,有油份,但冇入口即溶,可能唔係大條嘅吞拿魚嚟,冇根,我想信同我之前食過嘅唔同部位,小弟對此未有study過唔知。牡丹蝦有鮮味,但唔甜。三文魚麵豉湯有濃厚麵豉味,唔咸,適中。但,啲三文魚,唔知佢想整免治魚肉定點,唔掂。炙燒左口有燒香油味,火喉啱啱好,有肉汁,好食。鰻魚冇特別。法國皇室蠔我比較喜歡,有鮮味,有creamy。法國蠔種九成來自日本三陸,所以味道也差不多,各有長短。點解法國蠔係日本種,因為幾10年前,法國蠔有傳染病,好多蠔種都死哂。佢哋嚟到日本攞啲蠔返去,點知日本豪好強冇事,所以就用日本蠔。至於今次海嘯,法國佬有嚟幫手,這令我對法國佬嘅睇法改觀。愛爾蘭蠔冇料到今日我哋四條友食咗1千蚊,喺銅鑼灣,食二三百蚊嘢,啲侍應都好有禮貌。今次我整體覺得元朗嘅侍應禮貌度,都交港島差。因為我跟著會超三品食串燒。
