To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相約朋友食晚飯，朋友住香港又想食上海菜，打開openrice search下，就揀選了天后既上海弄堂，店舖唔算大，雖然細細間但反而有種很家庭式很親切既感覺，侍應好nice介紹我們食物，可惜小妹喉嚨有點不適，不能吃辛辣食物，最後叫了個砂鍋餛飩雞，小籠包，上湯年糕，牛腱，雖然是小店，但感受到食物好用心去做~砂鍋餛飩雞，呢個鍋有菜肉餛飩，金華火腿，小唐菜，嫩雞，餛飩皮簿餡多，菜和肉都好均勻，雞件嫩滑，整個雞湯鮮甜味美牛腱可以點辣汁來吃，但原來不點任何醬料都好味，肉質夠腍，唔會韌，好快就食完，好想再encore 上湯年糕，煙煙韌韌，上湯好清甜，內裡還伴有肉絲，津白，又唔似得炒年糕咁肥膩，啱晒女士們小籠包，皮簿，濃濃既汁液混合著醋，一啖一口小籠包，回味無窮
