鍾意食脷嘅人可以先俾定個❤️,因為呢間餐廳嘅牛脷只可以用一個字形容,就係好鬼厚!厚燒牛舌飯($158):個餐有一大碗飯、5大塊巨型厚牛舌、沙律、麵豉湯等,份量十足!牛舌煮得剛剛好,肉質軟腍但又保留到彈牙嘅口感👍🏻 而且調味唔會太重,搶哂牛舌嘅味道🥹食咗3塊已經開始飽,不過真係太好食,忍唔住食哂!香煎鵝肝($130):我哋必叫嘅嘢食,因為鵝肝煎得靚唔靚好講廚師對食材及火喉嘅控制😤佢哋處理得剛剛好,外脆內軟,口感綿滑🤩如果要我哋雞蛋裏挑骨頭,我哋認為鵝肝表面唔夠焦糖化囉,如果可以加少少酸酸甜甜嘅汁,或用少少干邑吊一吊味,應該可以令個味覺更有衝擊及平衡鵝肝嘅油膩,不過整體都唔錯🤤炸雞軟骨($90):上到枱熱辣辣,好熱氣🥵可能上面兩款已太出色,呢味菜變得相對普通少少🤏🏻鍾意食牛舌嘅朋友仔,嚟呢度會係你一個幾正確嘅選擇🤣
