To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽就聽過佢個名好多次啦! 今日終於有幾會試! 如果平日Lunchtime去，預左要排一陣，因為餐廳地方比較細，坐位唔多，所以我地今日就等兩張枱，大概5-10分鐘左右.📌沙嗲雞扒撈公仔麵 $48 配熱檸茶(附上雞扒碎上相片🤣🤭)兩塊雞扒另上，幾有heart喎，方便你切完再食，而且雞扒好厚肉，而且醃得好入味，但又不至於好嫩滑，外皮都尚算脆！太陽蛋煎到流心脆邊，生熟度剛剛好! 沙爹汁都夠味，撈落公仔麵都幾好食，但如果可以再濃多少少會更fit🤤 .📌沙嗲雞扒撈烏冬 $56 配熱好立克個人認為撈公仔麵比較夾，但撈烏冬可能會飽啲🧐.總括嚟講，會回頭！下次試埋佢個滷水雞髀🍗先😋.=========================.
