To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個年頭市面上清湯牛腩餐廳真係越開越多，但能夠突出重圍，氣質出眾就真係鳳毛麟角。今次特登去天后排隊試吓呢間升級餐廳，果然實在是令我驚喜連連。餐廳嘅裝修係傳統港式粉麵店嘅設計，人多嘅時候係需要搭枱。但係嚟得呢度嘅食客都知道唔會有呢方面要求咁多，一定係要睇佢哋主菜食物質素。☺️**清湯牛腩粉**首先推介的是招牌菜式清湯牛腩粉，湯底清澈見底，湯汁鮮甜可口，口感鮮滑，我個人就好鍾意呢種味道。牛腩肉質嫩滑，入口即化，帶點Q彈，而且入晒味，冇咩可以挑剔，果然係招牌菜。🤩**清湯牛三寶粉**另外仲試咗牛三寶，一樣出色。湯頭同樣鮮甜可口唔在講，牛腩、牛筋和牛肚三種牛雜各有特色，但又互相輝映。牛腩依然嫩滑可口，牛筋咬勁十足，入口有股彈牙感。而牛肚的嚼勁和肥嫩程度也恰到好處，絕對唔俾其他兩者失色。😋華姐清湯腩 (天后)天后電氣道13A號地舖
