這家位於天后的日本料理餐廳,已經開業30年,主打牛舌料理,今次來拜訪一下。餐廳走懷舊日式風格,別有一番風味!▫️厚燒牛舌便當$180▫️壽喜燒定食$128▫️香蒜燒蠔$80▫️雞翼串燒$80▫️青檸梳打$23▫️杏仁茶(熱)$25這家的牛舌厚切多汁,是他們的特色。厚切的牛舌肉質豐富口感柔軟,經過慢煮再烤後,外層微焦,風味濃郁。便當配菜有煙三文魚、蕎麥麵、雜菜沙律和味噌湯,甜品是泡芙雪糕。配搭冷蕎麥麵來吃很清新。壽喜燒定食是以整鍋上,薄切的肉片輕輕烤過,有焦糖香氣,配搭其他蔬菜來吃。這個餐會附麵豉湯、白飯和中華沙律。香蒜燒蠔賣相很靚,蠔身已經脫殼,上面鋪滿蒜蓉,烤得很香,直接入口不用其他調味。雞翼串燒一共有四隻,表皮烤得酥脆。牛舌定食是這家老字號餐廳的特色,來訪的話必嚐喔😋
