無意中發現天后有呢間私房菜,今晚就黎體驗一下。呢度人少少可以同廚師同侍應傾下煮食心得,好似西式既Omakase!Appetiser前菜先黎啲牡丹蝦青瓜開開胃。Rainbow tomatoes, burrata cheese, plum & rose vinaigrette什錦蕃茄玫瑰油醋呢道菜賣相精緻五顏六色,一定吸引到唔鐘意食蔬菜既朋友食。由青色較生,爽身蕃咖 到黃色、橙色、紅色既彩虹茄。我覺得最好食係朱古力茄,巔覆左對蕃茄既認知,諗身得黎帶鮮甜。加埋有芝士伴碟,味道質感互相中和同平衝,食番蔬果最本身既鮮味,真係好清新。Lobster bisque 龍蝦濃湯同其他地方唔同,呢度既龍蝦湯一d都唔咸,味道濃郁,龍蝦肉好彈口,質感唔太稀,同酒店級睇齊,我想再飲多一碗!Seared scallops, seared trumpet mushroom stems, trumpet mushroom salad shaved, corn puree, truffles香煎刺身帶子伴黑松露最欣賞呢道菜!帶子新鮮爽脆,煮得剛剛好食到最原始既鮮味,不過最突出係個菇!師傅用左好多心機同時間一刀一刀慢慢

最欣賞呢道菜!帶子新鮮爽脆,煮得剛剛好食到最原始既鮮味,不過最突出係個菇!師傅用左好多心機同時間一刀一刀慢慢介雙面網紋面令味道入左菇既中心點,香味同質感同帶子一樣地出色!

豬鞍煎完再焗,slow cook令水份鎖係肉身,外脆內軟,同平時食既豬排差太多,黑毛豬食既食物較乾淨,可以較低溫煮食,令肉身更諗更鮮甜。
