「瀧」是一間和食店,主打天婦羅美食。餐廳走中高檔路線,不論午晚市也有廚師發辦的選項,不時不食。餐廳內部不算很大,近入口位置的吧檯是廚師們的表演舞台。座位後的牆身繪上一幅水龍油畫,呼應餐廳名號。餐廳內部還置有數張餐桌,座位不多,整體感覺整潔舒適。午市有兩個價位的廚師發辦套餐,今回挑選了「行政套餐」,内否含季節前菜、刺身、天婦羅 (6 品)、慢煮熊本和牛肩、食事和甜品,定價 $788/位。季節前菜一弄三品,由左至右分別為合桃小魚干、日本魚蛋伴金時蕃薯,以及沙甸魚干配明太子。小編喜歡金時蕃薯,除了蕃薯本身質優甜軟外,更外掛清幽的花香蜜味。沙甸魚干配明太子亦屬不錯的小品,外脆鹹香,明太子又帶甜辣,味感豐富。刺身六件,款式有鯛魚、油甘魚及吞拿魚腩。由淡至濃依序逐一品嚐,由平實鮮甜的鯛魚,到適時甘香的油甘,再到肥美而不膩的中拖羅,最後到入口融化的大拖羅,口感層次分明,鮮味滿滿!緊接登場的是店家的招牌天婦羅,由三款時令海鮮打頭陣。日本海蝦蝦味很重,肉質實在;蝦頭亦經炸煮處理後口感脆卜卜,輕灑咖喱味粉享用甚富風味。日本公魚外顴與多春魚相像,店員簡介由冰洞釣上。經廚師的精巧手藝處理後,公魚栩栩如生地在食
