難得閨蜜都得閒,商量了一些不如約試新店。之前在朋友圈看到朋友post了這家香港以Omakase主打天婦羅的餐廳。評語還不錯,就和閨蜜一起來試一試。當天我訂了在吧檯。由每位定價 HK$880 至 HK$1,480 不等。我們點左「極」的套餐,每位$1,480,共有九道菜。我最喜歡甜品炸原件安納芋番薯好惹味,皮脆但蕃薯本身還是不夠甜,甜的更好。蕃薯配上白蘭地及砂糖享用,食法創新。整晚的晚餐不過不失。好飽,食得好滿足!
