To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近排天氣寒冷,我和友人好想打邊爐。可惜黃埔附近四處都好多人等位,但即興的事真的無辦法,唯有去大家樂打邊爐醫住肚先!入到去見到有幾張檯,所以無霸位直接排隊買野食,叫左個「X5」要豬骨濃湯底,有一份牛肉加一份雜菜。另外,再加$7轉左個凍檸樂。加$3可以將米線轉讚岐烏冬開爐喇!個湯底其實唔太濃,但唔點豉油食,都有少少湯底味。粟米同南瓜都唔錯,夠新鮮夠甜。可惜d菇出左事,我同友人都覺得有怪味......炸魚皮好脆! 整體來說,呢個價錢都唔會要求太高。

但唔點豉油食,都有少少湯底味。

粟米同南瓜都唔錯,夠新鮮夠甜。
可惜d菇出左事,我同友人都覺得有怪味......
