To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣熱，我想食冷麵，所以行咗嚟呢度，我哋要等咗一陣先有位，這間店子不大，但裝修得唔錯，入到嚟嘅感覺幾舒服，服務也不錯。我要弄堂冷麵($38)，朋友就要菜肉餛飩($35)，order 完後，先試下前菜，這個青瓜粉皮味道不錯，醒一醒胃先。冷麵到嘞，麵質淋淋哋，配料有蛋絲、青瓜絲、雞絲和火煺絲，嘩！切得很幼喎，配上麻醬，味道不錯，但乾咗D，我再加點醋，好似好味D喎。而朋友嘅菜肉餛飩就太多菜，一口咬落去，只食到菜味，似素菜餛飩好D，不過味道都OK嘅。仲有杯唔凍嘅凍豆漿，略甜咗D，雖然太濃，但還可以嘅。
