麻辣湯底($138),選擇左微辣級數,所以辣椒份量唔算多,湯底顏色亦唔會好紅,但係食材煮熟後仍然食到有微微既麻辣香味。頂級手切牛頸脊(小)($198),約有10片,平均每片價錢唔算很便宜,但食材質素絕對稱得上哩個價,牛味濃,牛頸脊軟腍而且帶有少少咬口,白色脂肪位置食落仲有少少彈牙口感。即炸響玲卷($58),共6件,顏色鮮豔,淥一淥就可以放入口,半脆半腍既口感,而且沾上麻辣湯汁,味道超正。桂花蚌($138),份量都幾多,桂花蚌既口感我覺得似牛筋和牛骨髓之間,爽口而且有骨膠原。四寶餃拼盤($68),每款有兩粒,我個人最喜歡豬肉韮菜餃和餛飩,因為韮菜味道好香,同埋餛飩好多蝦啖啖肉。隨變粉($28),外表似烏冬,但口感完全不同,隨變粉煮熟後呈半晶瑩剔透,食落有d似紅薯粉,不過比紅薯粉更易咬開,果然有驚喜。
